Christmas is fast approaching, my kids are more excited as days pass by. They even counting days to Christmas... it is fun. But as I started staring at my kids excitement I saw emptiness in their smile. Probably because we are incomplete.
But you know, these days of high tech electronics and gadgets, we can make our kids Christmas as delightful as it was when their dad or mom is around. I myself is very much thankful of the internet, cellphones and the good services it provides. They made us connected even though our love ones are miles away.
Lucky for those who have desktop or laptop... what if they don't have or can't afford now to buy one? How will they spend Christmas without web cams and free calls? Is it more sadly for them the life of an OFW father or mother? Gosh, just thinking of this makes my heart aches for the less fortunate OFW family.
I feel so blessed for all of these. I thank God for all the graces He's giving us and will be given to us. And I thank God for He always taking good care of my love ones far away.
